This tutorial is for users who are completely new to android modifications (like me) . I acquired this samsung phone 2 days ago and first thing i want to do is modify/customize it.
So, first things first backup your files as it will be gone. I recommend that your phone be at its STOCK firmware (kernels, rom, etc). If you have custom rom i recommend you flash your phone first. If you have ext2/3/4 partitions on your sd card, then format it to avoid issues.
I assume you've read all about Hyperion 9 ROM already as I am lazy to post pics, features and info about it.
Ok let's start! I tried to be as detailed as I can.
1. Download cwm and hyperion 9 zip file.

Hyperion9 GM--> go to http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=6301
2. Copy files to your sd card.
3. Boot to Recovery mode ( press volume up key+home button+power button )
then release when your phone boots on.
4. In recovery, select install zip from sd card
5. select TempCWM.zip (texts should be in yellow color now)
6. go to mounts and storage
7. mount /sdcard, /data, /cache, /system
8. Go back by pressing the power button or the back key
9. select wipe data/reset
10. select wipe cache partition
11. go to advance
12. select wipe dalvik cache
13. select wipe battery stats
14. Go back by pressing the power button or the back key
15. go to mounts and storage
16. mount /sdcard, /data, /cache, /system
17. go back
18. select install zip from sd card
19. select choose zip from sd card
20. select your Hyperion 9 zip package
21. now wait til it's done.
22. go back
23. select reboot system
